PRIVACY POLICY
The present privacy policy provides information on personal data collected by the company by "Panagiotis Zaganidis Single Member LLC" under the name "4 EPOXES SMLLC", registered in Kalochori Thessaloniki at 70 M. Alexandrou Street, P.O. 57009, with e-mail address [email protected] and telephone number 2310 705.445 (hereinafter the "Company") and describes the way the Company as data controller protects your personal data as well as the process by which you as natural persons you can exercise your rights. We assure you that the protection of personal data is of paramount importance to us and that the Company always processes your personal data with respect to the fundamental rights of natural persons in accordance with the European and Greek legislation in force (including the General Regulation (EU) 2016/ 679 and of Law 4264/2019). By providing your personal data, you declare that you accept the Privacy Policy and agree with the processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree, please do not provide us with personal data.

PERSONAL DATA
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject") (i.e. name, surname, e-mail address). We only collect as much data as absolutely necessary which shall be accurate and clearly stated for the purposes specified.

We do not collect data from minors and should any personal data is collected from a minor we shall proceed to delete it.

WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is processed in the Company by the absolutely necessary personnel, who shall be bound to maintain the confidential nature of information acquired. Should we use a third party supplier or business partner, who shall process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions, the Company shall remain responsible for the processing of personal data, define the individual elements of processing, and sign a special agreement with the third parties to whom it assigns the execution of processing activities, in order to ensure that the processing is carried out in accordance with the legal framework in force and that any natural person may exercise the rights conferred on him/her by the legal framework freely and without hindrance. In certain cases your personal data may be transferred to National or international regulatory, tax or other authorities or public bodies or courts of law, provided that this is required under law or regulation or upon their order (i.e. police).

HOW LONG IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA STORED?
We shall only process your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for the exercise of legal claims. Personal data shall be retained for the purposes of promoting products and services (marketing activities), until consent is withdrawn. After the expiration of the aforementioned periods, the Company shall permanently and effectively destroy the files/documents where your personal data is kept, with the appropriate measures on a case-by-case basis (i.e. recycling, use of a document shredder, anonymization, etc.).

Right of access: You shall have the right to have knowledge of and verify the lawfulness of the processing. Thus, you shall have the right to access data and obtain further information regarding the data undergoing processing.

Right to erasure: You have the right to request erasure of your personal data as long as there is no ground to justify failure on our part.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data when certain conditions are met as provided for by law.
Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time or to withdraw your consent at which point we shall stop processing unless there are legitimate and compelling grounds which justify the further use of your data.
Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in an accessible format, free of charge, to use it and process it with commonly used processing methods. You also have the right to request, where technically feasible, that your personal data is directly transferred to another data controller when certain conditions are met as provided for by law.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the safe processing of personal data and to prevent accidental loss or destruction and unauthorized and/or illegal access, use, alteration or disclosure thereof. We regularly test and assess the effectiveness of the security measures in order to ensure and verify the security of personal data and the implementation of this Policy. These shall be amended as and when deemed necessary and appropriate.

IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EU?
The Company shall not transfer processed personal data to third parties outside the EU/EEA and/or international organizations.
